This policy explains what personal information LBM Daily collects through lbmdaily.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. LBM Daily is a brand of WorldTel Corporation, a North Carolina corporation with its principal office at 9805 Statesville Road, Suite 6270, Charlotte, NC 28269, United States. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean WorldTel Corporation operating LBM Daily.
Information we collect
When you subscribe. We collect your email address, first and last name, and, if you choose to give it, your company name.
When you send an advertising inquiry. We collect your first and last name, email address, company name, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, the placements you are interested in, your target audience, approximate budget, timing, and any message you write.
Automatically. Like most websites, our servers record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. Our forms also use hidden fields to detect automated spam submissions.
How we use it
We use your information to send you LBM Daily editions and related updates you signed up for, to respond to advertising inquiries, to keep a record of subscriptions and inquiries, to protect the site against spam and abuse, and to operate, secure, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the site and our communications, including website hosting, a customer relationship management and email platform that stores contact records and sends our emails, and a web font service that delivers the typefaces used on the site. These providers process information on our behalf and only for these purposes.
LBM Daily is part of the WorldTel Sustainability Division, alongside Widman and CearioTrader. Your information may be held in a customer relationship management system shared across WorldTel Corporation. We will only send you communications from those brands where you have asked for them or where the law allows.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Cookies
The LBM Daily theme does not set advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets functional cookies for site administrators when they sign in. Loading our web fonts sends your IP address to the font provider. If we add analytics or similar tools, we will update this policy.
Email and unsubscribing
Every email we send includes a link to unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe or ask us to update your details by writing to privacy@lbmdaily.com.
How long we keep it
We keep subscriber information while you remain subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can honour your unsubscribe request. We keep advertising inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to manage any business relationship that follows. We delete or anonymise information we no longer need.
Where it is processed
WorldTel Corporation is based in the United States, and our team and service providers operate in the United States and Canada. Your information may be stored and processed in either country.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, write to privacy@lbmdaily.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
LBM Daily is a professional publication and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
